Do you sell CDs?
Not at this time, though some promo CDs exist.
Do you play live?
Occasionally. We can travel within reason, which begs the next question.
Where are you from?
Central Pennsylvania, USA, Earth, Solar System, Local Fluff, Orion Arm, Milky Way, and so on.
Is this an exercise in quantity over quality?
No.
Why do the mp3 links on your site download instead of stream?
Because your computer is screwed up. Try this.
Have you ever used software to make music?
As TCD, yes, once. We also had a laptop running Native Instruments's Battery software for a while, but used it only as a sound library to a Handsonic HPD-10. We have used software extensively on related projects.
Why don't you put your music on iTunes, CD Baby, etc.?
We don't fit well into the album/track mold that most audio merchants mandate. Plus it's not clear that these outlets are necessary to successfully distribute music.
How do you keep in sync?
A combination of MIDI and manual skill. Looping requires good timing, but once a loop is going MIDI locks it in. Some boxes, like the mini-KPs and Kaossilators, have no MIDI and must be synchronized separately.
Who designed your Web site, set artwork, backing films, onstage monkey costumes, etc?
The band. We have many talents.
I don't get it.
That's not a question, but if you don't get what we do, perhaps you're not supposed to. We're not for everyone.
